Plans Filed for New Midtown Marriott Hotel

ATLANTA, GA — Plans are moving forward for a new Midtown hotel at 53 14th Street.

The architectural firm of Cooper Carry filed several permits last week for the new AC Hotel by Marriott, according to What Now Atlanta, as well as a new Moxy Hotel, also in Midtown.

Noble Investment Group is heading up the 165,250-square-foot dual-branded projects.

This will be Noble's second AC hotel in Atlanta, while Moxy's Midtown location will be the brand's first in Atlanta. There are six Moxy Hotels worldwide today.
