Police Searching for Atlanta School Computer Thieves
Four people broke into Brown Middle School on Aug. 17 and stole several computers.

Atlanta police are looking for a group of people they suspect broke into a southwest Atlanta middle school and stole several computers.
According to 11 Alive, four people broke into Brown Middle School on Peeples Street on Aug. 17 by smashing the glass on a basement door. Once inside the basement, the quartet stole several computers; although an accurate count has yet to be performed, a police report states that a school security officer counted roughly 100 empty slots where computers used to be.
The officer was walking his beat on the third floor of the school when he looked out a window and saw computer carts on the sidewalk below, which prompted him to investigate the situation and discover the stolen equipment.
