Ponce City Market Gains New Tenant
The SLAM Collaborative's new office space for 20 employees opened today. The firm could almost double in size at its new location.

Ponce City Market, the former Sears-Roebuck department store and former site of City Hall East, has a new tenant as of Monday, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.
The SLAM Collaborative, an architecture firm based in Connecticut, relocated its regional offices to a 7,000 sq. ft. space inside the development on Monday, moving 20 of its employees to the new space. The firm could add up to 15 new positions in coming years thanks to the new space, and SLAM believes its new digs will increase the firm’s recognition in the market.
Ponce City Market has 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 80 percent of which has already been leased.
