Report: Street Person Ricky Love Returns to Midtown
The man is suspected of randomly attacking a woman in Midtown in 2006. He was banished from Fulton County in 2008, but has returned.

A street person who was allegedly behind several random attacks in the Midtown area before being banished from Fulton County by a judge in 2008 has returned to his old haunts, a Midtown security group reports.
According to the Midtown Ponce Security Alliance, Ricky Love was spotted on North Avenue and then Ponce De Leon Avenue and Myrtle Street on Thursday. The alliance says that Love is irrational and dangerous and that police have had to use special tactics to handle the man in the past.
Love has a history of terrorizing Midtown residents, the alliance says. In 2006, Love allegedly attack a random passerby on Peachtree Street and left her with significant bruising to her head and neck. The woman was able to pick Love out of a police lineup and he was arrested for the attack.
