Rize Artisan Pizza + Salads Opens Next Month in Poncey-Highlands
Owners are confident the brand can go national.
ATLANTA, GA — Rize Artisan Pizza + Salads is set to open next month in Poncey-Highlands.
The pizza shop will be located at 675 N. Highland, according to WhatNow Atlanta.
John Smith, Rize’s founder and CEO, believes that Rize has enough potential to go national.

The 3,500-square-foot restaurant will also have a 1,200-square-foot outdoor patio. Eddie Russell, a founder of The Four Coursemen supper club in Athens, oversees the menu.
The beverage menu includes wine by the glass, craft beer and craft sangria, as well an non-alcoholic options such as sodas, teas and lemonades.

Rize will serve lunch and dinner daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
