Celebrate
the annual journey of the magnificent Northwest salmon from the Pacific Ocean
to the mountain streams at Lure’s Salmon Week. Beginning Tuesday, June 3, and
running through Tuesday, June 10, Lure will feature special salmon dishes in
addition to the regular menu. Menu highlights include hot smoked salmon
belly rillettes with white bread toast and bread-and-butter pickles, smoked
salmon tart with horseradish cream, compressed melon, dill and salmon roe, seared
salmon belly with an everything bagel crust, capers and cream cheese, and
much more. The special Salmon Week menu will be served during dinner all week
from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
