SCAD FASH Film Salon Series: "Bill Cunningham New York"

Students enjoy documentary featuring one of New York City's biggest icons

Enjoy a viewing of “Bill Cunningham New York,” a documentary featuring an intimate portrait of the culture icon and New York Times photographer, 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, at SCAD FASH. Known for riding around New York City on his bicycle, Cunningham has documented street fashion trends for more than 40 years.

The film is part of the university’s Thursday film series, featuring fashion documentaries relating to the current exhibitions and will be introduced by Sandra-Lee Phipps, SCAD photography professor. Screenings are free for museum members and SCAD Card holders, and are open to the public with the cost of SCAD FASH admission.
