Shots Fired Into Car on Howell Mill Road

ATLANTA, GA — A man who says he was minding his own business while driving on Howell Mill Road says someone fired shots into his car.

The incident happened Monday night, according to WSB. The man told police he heard gunfire on Chattahoochee Avenue first, but that the shooter then followed him onto Howell Mill.

He said a green Lincoln was driving around him, swerving into traffic and shooting at him. The victim's tires were shot out but he managed to make it safely to Northside Drive, where he called police.
