With a love for health and fitness, Chef Stone enjoys preparing healthy food without skimping on flavor. As South Main prepares to launch their dedicated brunch menu in mid-February, Chef Stone joins Simple Abundance to highlight several brunch classics that are impressive for wooing your sweetie but simple enough to enjoy anytime. She’ll demonstrate how to prepare traditional Buttermilk Biscuits, Sausage Gravy, Sweet Potato Hash, Poached Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce, a sparkling beverage (wine sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant) and possibly more for that special sweetheart in your life. Evening also includes a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
