At Cakes & Ale, Chef Billy Allin and wife Kristin have created a down-to-earth restaurant where they can express their creativity and passion for great food and drink and where the diner can enjoy the experience of a truly delicious meal. In this class, Chef Allin will share his passion for local, sustainable food with this delightful summer supper: Shrimp, Tomatoes, Prosciutto and Pole Bean “Salad”; Ratatouille with Fried Egg and Proof Bakeshop Crouton followed by a dessert created by baker Abagail Quinn, Billy’s partner at Proof Bakeshop. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. 100% of the proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
