Sinkhole Develops on Northside Drive
Transportation officials are advising that drivers use alternative routes.
The Georgia DOT is advising motorists to avoid Northside Drive between I-75 and Collier Road because of a sinkhole.
The DOT says the sinkhole is in Northside Drive’s northbound lane.
No word yet on what caused the sinkhole, but the DOT says it is not related to any construction in the area.
