Sometime Atlanta Resident Justin Bieber Accused of Stealing Phone
Justin Bieber's run-ins with police range from allegations that he egged a neighbor's house to drag racing to the newest charge that he had a role in a robbery.
Sometime Atlanta resident and part-time touring teen idol Justin Bieber is again embroiled in legal trouble.
Multiple media outlets are reporting that Canada's most famous export has been named in a police report for a robbery. The object in question is reportedly a cellphone a woman claims Bieber tried to take from her purse so he could erase any pictures she had taken of him, according to City News Service.
NBC4 reported the woman accused Bieber, 20, of taking her cellphone, after he claimed she had been taking pictures of him Monday night at Sherman Oaks Castle Park, the site of a miniature golf course, batting cages and video arcade, says Northridge Patch.

The woman told TMZ she had not taken any photos of Bieber.
On Mother's Day, during a Los Angeles Clippers game that he attended with his mother, Pattie Mallette, the audience at the Staples Center booed when his face appeared on the Jumbotron screen, reports WXIA TV.

Paparazzi-free Atlanta is reportedly Bieber's home sweet home since February, Patch earlier reported.
Over the winter the newest bad boy of music spent time in Atlanta, reported TMZ.com -- where he partied with Diddy, Jermaine Dupri and Rick Ross.
Bieber was seen at the Marietta Ice Center in east Cobb County and at metro Zaxby’s, as well as the Phipps Plaza movie theater, says AccessAtlanta.com. The Bieb’s Instagram account had a video clip of the pop star playing hockey with locals in Marietta.
"Back in my second home," he tweeted. "Good to be back. Focused on building up positive energy."
Two of Bieber’s musical mentors, Usher and Scooter Braun, are from Atlanta.
A Bieber backlash has been growing as he’s had run-ins with police. A petition to deport Bieber, on WhiteHouse.gov, has gathered more than 270,000 signatures of those who want to see the singing sensation return to his native Canada.
This winter Bieber mostly made headlines for scrapes with police, including a January arrest in Miami after allegedly drag racing. Court documents said Bieber was under the influence of alcohol, pot and Xanax when police stopped him, CNN reports. The singer was charged with assault earlier in the year for hitting his limousine driver in Toronto.
And then there was the report that a chartered jet carrying Bieber and his entourage from Canada to New Jersey was so full of marijuana smoke that flight crew members put on oxygen masks, CNN reports.
