Spring into Adoption with $25 Pet Adoptions at any of LifeLine Animal Project's Shelters!
All dogs over 25 lbs. and all cats are eligible for $25 adoptions. Also, meet our stellar Pets of the Week: Money and Kara!
Springtime in Atlanta brings sunshine, Dogwood blooms and, sadly, skyrocketing intake levels at Fulton County Animal Services (FCAS) and DeKalb County Animal Services (DCAS) due to the high number of animals being born. To encourage the public to adopt, LifeLine Animal Project is offering $25 adoptions on all dogs weighing over 25 lbs. and all cats throughout April.
All of LifeLine’s shelters are participating in the promotion, including: FCAS, DCAS, LifeLine’s Dog House & Kitty Motel and LifeLine’s Cat Adoption Center. The adoption includes the pet’s spay/neuter, microchip and vaccines – a $250 value at no cost. To view animals available for adoption, for adoption rates, or for the shelters’ addresses and phone numbers, please visit fultonanimalservices.com, dekalbanimalservices.com or lifelineanimal.org.

Meet our first Pet of the Week, Money. This sweet and loving boy is four year’s old and weighs 67 lbs. Money was recently chosen as a “Dog for the Day” and got to spend the afternoon hiking along the Chattahoochee River. The two volunteers who chose him say that Money really enjoyed splashing in the water, and that he was polite.
“He loves people and other dogs, and he gently sniffed those dogs who stopped to meet him. He is also very well mannered and wasn’t distracted by kids, walkers, joggers or bikers.”

Money is already house broken and knows how to sit on command. When he isn't out hiking or playing, he enjoys snuggling and taking naps with people. Come meet this sweetie today.
Our next Pet of the Week is Kara, a curious and silly two-year-old girl who was also recently chosen by volunteers as their “Dog for the Day.” This 50 lb. lover is curious, intelligent and stole our volunteers’ hearts.
“We didn't know what a joy she would be when we chose her, but she was a delight!” they told us. “Kara is a curious girl, and she had a great time exploring our office and bringing us anything she deemed interesting for approval. She deserves a joyous and carefree life!” Meet her in person to see if she steals your heart too.
To meet Money or Kara and adopt them for only $25, please drop by the shelter, email adoptions@fultonanimalservices.com or call 404-613-0357. To view dogs or cats available for adoption, please visit the shelter at 860 Marietta Blvd NW, Atlanta, 30318 or go to fultonanimalservices.com/adopt.
