Summer Adoption Specials, Low Cost Vaccine Clinics, Adoption Events and Our Pets of the Week

LifeLine Animal Project has a lot going on in Fulton County!  Our June ‘Dog Days of Summer’ adoption special is now in full swing at Fulton County Animal Services (FCAS).  For only $25 you can adopt an amazing animal (over six months) who is fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and more!  There are so many AWESOME pets waiting for homes.  There are sweet little dogs, purebreds, smart dogs, dogs who wag there whole rear end and loving mellow cats who love to be held. The shelter is now full, so I urge you to visit the shelter, and adopt a new family member today! 

If you need affordable vaccinations for your pet, be sure to attend our Pet Wellness Day this Saturday, June 14th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at our Southside Clinic.  We'll have low cost vaccinations, heartworm or combo testing, microchipping, and more! We also have a FCAS adoption event at PetSmart Castlegate this Sunday, June 15.  The PetSmart is located at 1801 Howell Mill Road.  Come out and meet some of our great shelter animals from 12 to 5 p.m. and take advantage of our Dog Days adoption special.

LifeLine’s Pets of the Week:  Fancy and Squishy

Our two Pets of the Week this week might as well be two of the seven dwarves with names like Fancy and Squishy.  And like the seven dwarves, their names describe their personalities perfectly.

Fancy is a beautiful, petite, one-year-old kitty who is not only lovely, but is also very sweet.  Her favorite activity is snuggling in our visitor’s laps, but she can also be playful and active.  True to her name, Fancy prances around with her head held high and is a very neat kitty.  She likes other cats and does well with children too, and Fancy’s adoption fee is only $25 this month.  

If Squishy were human, he’d be everybody’s dream boyfriend.  He enjoys giving public displays of affection, showering you with his never ending love, snuggling and spooning and constantly reminding you that you’re the greatest person in the world.  Like his name implies, he’s cuddly, huggable, lovable and squishy.  He is four year’s old and gets along great with other dogs too.  Please come meet him – he does not disappoint!  And, his adoption fee is only $25 all month.
