Channel your inner child and join Ecco for a special, kid-approved Sunday Share on Sunday, May 18. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., executive chef Jonathan Beatty will turn back the clock to simpler times of PB&J lunches and grilled cheese dinners with a menu showcasing everyone’s favorite childhood dishes. A fun yet sophisticated twist on the classics, the four-course meal will feature a tasting of sandwiches including a duck crepenette burger, mortadella grilled cheese and pistachio butter and saba-strawberry jelly on crust-less brioche and dinosaur-shaped chicken rillettes “nuggets” with Coca-Cola BBQ dipping sauce. The highlight of every childhood dinner, housemade ice cream sundaes and banana splits will be served for dessert.
