Take Your St. Patrick's Day Cuisine Up a Notch

Celebrate an authentic Irish meal at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta

St. Patrick’s Day doesn’t have to mean the same old gimmicky foods with green food dye. For those looking for an authentic culinary celebration, executive chef of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Thomas McKeown, has prepared a menu sure to delight. Born and trained in Ireland, Chef Thomas fuses his European roots with Southern cooking styles at Sway, Atlanta’s beloved source of the best fried chicken.

And Chef Thomas’ dedication to all things green goes beyond his Irish roots; he is passionate about serving local, healthy and responsibly raised ingredients. He spends a great deal of his free time at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, where he has started Community Supported Agriculture Programs (CSA). Chef Thomas also volunteers with the Hospitality Education Foundation of Georgia.

If you’d like to enjoy one of Chef Thomas’ delicious creations, head over to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta this St. Patrick’s Day!
