The Grand Columbus Whitewater Paddle

One thousand paddlers. One river. One day.

Join The Georgia Conservancy and Whitewater Express on August 9th as we attempt to break the record for most paddlers on the Chattahoochee River in Columbus (the world's longest stretch of urban whitewater)!

There will be eight time slots for paddlers. The first group to go will leave at 10 A.M, and the last group departs at 5 P.M.

After everyone is in, The Conservancy and its partners are hosting an after-paddle party in Uptown Columbus with live music, food trucks and SweetWater Brewing Company beer.
