Three Chamberlain Hrdlicka Shareholders Named Among Leading Business Lawyers

Idalski practices exclusively in the areas of labor and employment litigation and counseling, and chairs the firm’s Employment and Labor Group in Atlanta. She is known for her nationwide experience in defending employers against complex wage and hour and discrimination lawsuits against the government and private litigants. She has handled “bet the company” litigation for employers, and successfully saved these companies from multi-million dollar judgments.

Price’s practice emphasizes the resolution of large, complex construction contract disputes in state and federal courts, and through arbitration. He assists owners, contractors and subcontractors in resolving potential and actual construction disputes. He earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity College, and his law degree from George Washington University.

Ratchick focuses his practice on complex commercial and securities litigation, as well as shareholder franchise and business disputes. He has extensive experience as both an in-house counsel and as outside counsel to a broad range of clients. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University, and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
