Timone's Adds Even More New York City Flavor
Chef Ron Eyester enhances Midtown area New York pizza concept with new deli component

Staff Report
In November 2014, Timone’s will re-open with an enhanced menu and new offerings that hem closely to the traditions of classic New York City Italian delis. Inspired by Chef Ron Eyester’s childhood in the Empire City, the Morningside space will add a deli counter and menu that will include traditional Italian antipasto, deli meats, some produced in-house, and gourmet take out items.
Timone’s will continue to focus on bringing diners the most authentic New York pizza in the city while rounding out the full Italian eatery experience. The same attention to detail that diners have come to love in Chef Eyester’s classic New York Pizza will be brought to homemade roast beef, Italian beef and corned beef, and additional deli items will be sourced from premium producers, including Boar’s Head. Dinner will feature five specialty dishes that will change weekly, ensuring that Timone’s neighbors will always have something new to try.

“To be quite honest, the direction of Timone’s hasn’t gone according to plan. What I thought might have been a simplistic concept, emerged as being much more complicated. The realization of growing as a restaurant group became overwhelming and I did not render the proper level of attention to Timone’s as I should have,” said Chef Ron Eyester. “So, now it is time to press the reset button, and I honestly think that incorporating the deli concept as well as continuing putting out superior quality pizza will create the neighborhood pizza joint that we initially envisioned.”
Timone’s is located at 1409 North Highland Avenue, Suite D, Atlanta, Ga. 30306. Timone’s will be open Monday thru Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., and will offer delivery service.
