Tour of Atlanta BeltLine is Thursday

The tour will coincide with the monthly Thirsty Thursday networking event put on by The American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia) is hosting a private tour of the Atlanta BeltLine followed by Thirsty Third Thursday, our (almost) monthly networking event, on Thursday, October 16, 2014.

The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive transportation and economic development effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment programs currently underway in the United States.

The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting many neighborhoods directly to each other.

Departure: Please arrive at Park Tavern no later than 1:15 p.m. The bus will leave promptly at 1:30 p.m. Thirsty Third Thursday will be held immediately following the tour at 4:30 p.m.
