UPDATE: Missing teenagers Kenshonda Howard, 14, and T’Asia Welch, 15, have returned home safely, Atlanta police said Tuesday afternoon.
ORIGINAL STORY: Atlanta police are asking for the public’s help to locate a pair of teenagers who disappeared from an apartment complex over the weekend.

Kenshonda Howard, 14, was last seen in the bedroom of her friend T’Asia Welch, 15, on Friday. Welch left her home at 1174 Dolphin Drive at approximately 7 p.m. Saturday. Neither has been seen since.
Police describe Howard as a black female who stands 5’4” tall and weighs 125 lbs. She has brown eyes and black hair, which was last seen in individual braids. Investigators do not have a description of Howard’s clothing at the time of her disappearance.
Welch is described as a black female who stands 4’7” tall and weighs 170 lbs. She has brown eyes and black and brown hair, which was last seen styled in cornrows. Welch was last seen wearing a shirt which was white in the front and had blue/green leaves on the back, a white skirt with blue sequins, and teal blue jelly shoes.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Kenshonda Howard or T’Asia Welch is asked to contact 911 or the Atlanta Police Department’s Youth Unit at 404-546-4260.
