Update: Woman Missing from Five Points Returns Home
Police are not releasing any details regarding the woman's return to her family, but are confirming that she is safe.
Atlanta police say that an 18-year-old woman who went missing from the Five Points area earlier this week has returned safely to her family.
According to police, Melissa Dawn Haynes had last been seen at roughly 4 p.m. on Monday near 50 Alabama St. She was last seen wearing a pair of dark brown sunglasses, blue jeans, and yellow, red, and black short-sleeved shirt.
Police say Haynes returned to her family unharmed, but were not releasing any additional information in the case.
