2 Teens Charged With Murder In Killing Of Norcross Man
A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old will both be tried as adults in the fatal shooting at Graves Road, police said.

NORCROSS, GA — Two teenagers were recently charged with murder in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Andres David Buitrago Castillo at Graves Road, Gwinnett County Police said Friday.
Police said Salvador Ruiz-Gonzalez, 16, and a 15-year-old boy were recently arrested in the case.
Castillo was shot to death around 10:45 p.m., July 23, in the 1300 block of Graves Road. When officers responded, they found a man dead from an apparent wound in a parking lot. The motive is unknown.

All parties involved were from Norcross.
Ruiz-Gonzalez is being charged on suspicion of felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of certain felonies and armed robbery.

The 15-year-old is being charged on suspicion of felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of certain felonies and criminal attempt to commit a felony.
Both teens will be tried as adults and are being held at a Regional Youth Detention Center, police said.
