2nd Suspect Charged In Norcross Killing Of Texas Man
The Texas man died in November 2022 during a shooting in Norcross.
NORCROSS, GA — A second man is being charged with murder in connection with the November 2022 shooting death of a 22-year-old Texas man, Gwinnett County Police said Friday.
Police said in the past Alinton Joel Riveria-Zuniga died on Nov. 27, 2022, after being shot at Estates Court.
In a news release Friday, police said Brian Sanchez Duarte, 30, of Norcross, was arrested Thursday and charged on suspicion of felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain crimes.

Jose Caraballo, 29, of Lawrenceville, was arrested on Jan. 18 and charged on suspicion of felony murder, aggravated assault, armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain crimes, police said.
Not many details are known about the events that led to the shooting.
