NORCROSS, GA -- The Norcross City Council voted this week to demolish the former Plaza Latina building, Patch has learned. The structure, at 5735 Buford Highway, will be torn down for $63,000, according to news reports. NORCROSS, GA -- The Norcross City Council voted this week to demolish the former Plaza Latina building, Patch has learned.

The structure, at 5735 Buford Highway, will be torn down for $63,000, according to news reports. The council voted 3 to 1 on the measure, with only Councilman John Bare opposed.
