Family Dinner Theatre Opens Tonight at Lionheart

Starting tonight and running for the next four days, will have a special dinner theatre performance of “In Bethlehem Inn.”

The show, which is directed by Nancy Caldwell, invites the audience to be a guest in the crowded Bethlehem Inn on the night of the first Christmas. Expect interruptions as Joseph and Mary arrive—and a band of sheperds shows up, following a night star.

The menu is as unique as the performance, with hummus, pita, cheese and olives to start, a hearty beef stew and baklava with cream cheese-filled dates for dessert. (A vegetarian option is available by advanced request, according to the Lionheart website.) Beverages are provided and wine is also available for a $2 suggested donation.
