Fire Fighters Extinguish Fire at Norcross Home

Gwinnett County firefighters worked a Sunday evening fire that caused marginal damage at a Norcross home.

At 7:35 p.m., fire personnel responded to a 911 report of smoke coming from the front door of a home on the 1000 block of Singleton Valley. The occupants were not home at the time, according to a fire department email.

The fire was under control at 7:55 p.m.

The cause of the fire is not known.
