iRAD Next Step Virtual 10K Challenge

Fighting Diabetes is a lifestyle and not a one-time event so let’s take our fitness level to the Next Step!!

Who should register for this event?

  • Anyone who has completed a 5K

Find out what's happening in Norcrossfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

  • Anyone who would like to get faster at their 10K time

  • Anyone who just wants to run a 10K

  • Find out what's happening in Norcrossfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

  • Anyone who just wants fitness accountability

  • This is a Virtual Event so the honor system applies.  We do encourage all registrants to submit their times via our new RESULTS submission page.  This information will be keep online at www.irunagainstdiabetes.com so you can keep track of your time.  You can also upload a picture.

    You will have a weekend (4 days) to complete your 10K.  We give you a 4 day window so that you can find the time to get your miles in.  We encourage participants to run/walk/jog their miles within a 24hour span but you can use the whole 4 days if they like.

    Run/walk/jog with a friend, alone, on a treadmill, or outdoors - Just Keep Moving.  Bibs, Finisher Medals and participation certificates will be mailed to your home.

    Cost:         $25 USA - international registrations will not be accepted for this event
