Local FASTSIGNS(R) Centers Unveil Redesigned, Enhanced Responsive Website
Local sign and visual graphics provider FASTSIGNS of Norcorss launched a new responsive design website, complete with consultative search.
FASTSIGNS® of Norcorss has launched a new responsive design website, complete with consultative search. The responsive design ensures that content sizes to the viewing device, making it easy to see on a desktop computer, tablet or smartphone.
“We encourage new and existing customers to visit our new website to experience the features including guided choices, helpful navigation and expanded photo galleries with thousands of sign photos,” said Ben Wilson, who owns FASTSIGNS of Norcross with partners Melissa Wilson and Barbara Nolan. “Whether you know what you want, think you know what you want or don’t know what you want, we begin the consultative process by directing the user down a path that will educate and inspire them.”
Visitors can view a searchable and sortable photo gallery that includes thousands of in-action product images. Visitors can create their own private online IDEABOOK to collect examples of inspiring signs and visual graphics from the site to share with team members and with FASTSIGNS of Norcross. Customers can have a “My Account” that provides pre-filled forms, an online quote history and the ability to store and view multiple IDEABOOKS.

Ben and Melissa Wilson own a second FASTSIGNS center in downtown Atlanta, which also launched a new responsive website with the same features.
“The new FASTSIGNS website offers more ideas, more information and more solutions to help organizations visually communicate their brand, message, location and more,” Wilson said. “It provides a better user experience, tailored to the specific needs of the visitor, whether they have never purchased a sign or need full rebranding.”
