Man Faces Rape, Aggravated Sodomy Charges In Gwinnett

Authorities say they have arrested a man accused of a slew of charges, including rape, aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.

NORCROSS, GA — A man accused of rape and several other charges was recently arrested in Norcross, Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office said Monday.

Authorities said fugitive and marshal officers arrested Keleeyus Maquareus Long on Wednesday.

Warrants were active against Long to charge him with aggravated assault, armed robbery, first-degree home invasion, three counts of rape, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and third-degree cruelty to children, authorities said.

South Fulton Police were also seeking Long to charge him with theft by taking, authorities said.

He is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Jail, authorities said. They did not detail what led to the charges.
