Minority Staffing Firm Expands in Norcross, Bringing 53 Jobs
The company, which specializes in multi-lingual staffing, chose the area because of access to the diverse groups it serves.

A ribbon was snipped at I-TECH staffing services on Thursday, marking the opening of a new 53,000-sqaure foot facility in Norcross.
The minority owned company provides staffing for international businesses, including long-term, temporary and seasonal workers for Vietnamese, Hispanic, Korean, South American, African, Eastern European and Chinese companies, among others. It also helps foster and promote minority business development, says Adrienne Saputo of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
“My decision to expand in Gwinnett County was obvious. Gwinnett is growing and heavily populated with the communities in which we serve.” said Phillip Tran, President of I-TECH Staffing and I-TECH e-Services, a sister company,

The facility is located at 4020 Steve Reynolds Blvd. in an unincorporated area of Norcross.
I-TECH specializes in multi-lingual staffing for light industrial manufacturing and production and warehouse workers, and also recruits and places employees for office support, clerical work and customer service.

The company focuses on individuals who have gained experience and expertise in their home countries, according to the Chamber release.
“Gwinnett County has experienced an influx of successful minority-owned businesses over the last ten years,” said Nick Masino, Vice President of Economic Development at the Gwinnett Chamber in the release.
“As a majority-minority county, job creation resulting from minority entrepreneurship is makes a significant economic impact on the Gwinnett community at large.”
I-TECH is a registered with the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, which seeks to foster and expand mutually beneficial economic opportunities for certified minority business enterprises.
