Mojitos to Screen Short Film Thursday

will be about the American-Cuban bistro this Thursday. The film was created by the Atlanta Idea Studio.

Tim Suggs and Todd Pringle of the Norcross-based creative media company recently completed the minute-and-a-half web commercial that gives an inside look at the restaurant.

"We just thought it would be a cool place to a do a video for them," said Pringle, who describes the video as the "Mojitos experience." "I don't think anybody knows what goes on inside."

Before the web commercial, the restaurant also plans to show "mock-umentary," another video shot and edited by the studio that tells the history of Mojito's.

The films will be projected on the stage in the back restaurant, and the cast of the feature will be available for conversations afterward. The Mojitos house band also plan to perform.

The music will start at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 31, with the screening to follow around 8 p.m. Mojitos Bistro is located at 35 S. Peachtree St. in downtown Norcross.
