Norcross, GAC Baseball Head to State Playoffs

Norcross High and Greater Atlanta Christian School are among the Gwinnett teams playing in the state baseball playoffs this week.

The Georgia High School Association baseball tournament begins Friday, May 3, with first-round double-headers in six classifications. Gwinnett County will be well-represented by 14 teams in five of those divisions.

Both Norcross and GAC are playing away games this week. The Blue Devils will be against Johns Creeks in the Class AAAAAA tournament, and the Spartans are aiming for the Class AA title against Pepperell.
