Norcross High School Foundation for Excellence Hosts Annual Spring Gala

On April 29, the NHS Foundation for Excellence will host is annual Spring Gala to celebrate our accomplishments this year, to thank our many generous community supporters and to raise money for the high school. The Gala will be held from 7-10pm at the historic Carlyle House in downtown Norcross.

We’d like to thank this year’s Gala sponsors - Gwinnett County Schools Foundation, City of Norcross, City of Peachtree Corners, Printwave.

Each year since 2006, the NHS Foundation for Excellence has held its Spring GALA to raise money for the Foundation and honor selected members of the NHS community who have made significant contributions to the success of our school. The community members who will be honored and join our Hall of Fame this year are: Martha Cook – former teacher and well-known potter & Debbie Mason – former NHS parent and community activist.

The Gala’s live auction will feature: 
a 7-day stay in a Tuscan villa; a three-course uniquely designed, chef-inspired dinner and wine pairings for four at Ten Bistro restaurant; and a Wagon of high-end wines.

Tickets are $50 a piece and they are available for purchase in the front office of the high school. Everyone is welcome

We are very fortunate to live in a community that supports our local high school. The mission of the Norcross High School Foundation for Excellence is to partner with the high school and the community in continual support of Norcross High School as a world-class school. Since the inception of the Foundation in 2001, over $1.6 million has been raised and reinvested back into the school to elevate the teaching/learning in the classroom, expand the fine arts opportunities, and support athletic programs and extracurricular activities.
