NORCROSS, GA — A teenage boy who died Tuesday evening after being shot at Windward Lane has been identified as Jaeden Travis, 13, Gwinnett County Police said.The shooting happened around 5:45 p.m.Police said the Norcross teen was found in the street with a gunshot wound near his home. He later died at the hospital. A motive in the shooting is unknown. Details of a suspect are unknown. Police asked anyone with information in the case to call detectives at (770) 513-5300.
