Reading (Re)Boot Camp

Ages:  Rising 1st- Rising 3rd; Rising 4th-Rising 7th

Strong reading skills are often the key to academic success. This camp offers a great opportunity for students to gain solid reading skills in decoding, comprehension and fluency.  

Tools: Research-validated Reading programs match to your child's particular needs. (Wilson, Sound Reading Solutions, Lindamood Bell, Fast ForWord, and others) Pre and Post testing for accurately measuring gains. 

Camper Profile: Students who are struggling and 1 grade level behind in reading skills. Pre-Testing prior to placement in this camp is required.

Goal: 1-2 years of progress in reading skills.

Staff: Teachers, Reading Specialists, Academic Coaches
