School News: Norcross High Grad Earns Doctorate

A Norcross High School graduate recently was awarded a doctorate degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Allayna Pinkston - now Dr. Allayna Fern Pinkston, PsyD - obtained her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree on July 10.

She is a 2006 graduate of Norcross High School.

• May, 2010 graduate of University of Georgia - double degree - Psychology and Women’s Studies
• Masters (degree obtained, same school - June 2012) and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology - The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, Illinois - doctorate obtained on July 10, 2015
• Post Doctoral Fellowship - August 2015 to July 2016 - Marquette University Counseling Center, Milwaukee Wisconsin
