• Another mosquito trap tests positive for West Nile virus in DeKalb County (atlantanewsfirst.com) — West Nile virus has been detected again in DeKalb County mosquito traps, including a recent positive in the 30329 area that covers parts of North Druid Hills, Atlanta, Brookhaven and Chamblee. While no human cases have been reported so far this year, health officials say eight traps have now tested positive since mid-July and are urging residents to take mosquito-bite precautions.
