A New Beginning for Shallowford Road Church

The Woodstock First Baptist Church invites the public to join them in the launching of their new Shallowford Satellite Campus on April 21st.

 Woodstock First Baptist Church in Woodstock, GA is opening 2 local campuses. One of which, is the Shallowford location at 3662 Shallowford Road in Marietta, GA and the other one is the Jasper Campus in Jasper, Georgia.  Pastor Johnny Hunt is the Senior Pastor of Woodstock First Baptist Church. He will be overseeing the teaching at both church campuses.

 Originally Shallowford Falls Community Church, the new Woodstock Church, Shallowford is excited to open its doors to all in the community on April 21 at 11am. Plans have been made to begin Sunday morning bible study for all ages (9:30am) as well as weekly Student and Children’s ministries. Woodstock Church, Shallowford seeks to love and serve the surrounding community as well as be a light of hope with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 Since Woodstock Church Shallowford is a satellite campus of Woodstock First Baptist Church, the teaching time of the worship service will be a video feed (projected onto a large screen) of Pastor Johnny Hunt preaching from the main campus in Woodstock. The music & worship time will be live and led by great musicians at the Shallowford campus. Rev. Jonathan Catanzaro will be the Campus Pastor.

 Rev. Jonathan Catanzaro has been mentored by Dr. Johnny Hunt at Woodstock First Baptist. He grew up in New Orleans, LA and Wake Forest, NC. Jonathan served as an Associate Pastor while in Wake Forest, NC. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity, and Master of Theology from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary before coming to Woodstock with his wife Elissa and their 2 children.
