Board Approves JOSH Master Plan, N.E. Cobb

The Board of Commissioners has approved the “JOSH” Master Plan for the Johnson Ferry - Shallowford area of East Cobb. This is a guideline for future development in the area, there is not currently funding for major changes to the area. This initiative was started several years ago by District 2 Commissioner Bob Ott, who realized there was a desire by residents in the area to come up with a plan for future development.
