Rachel is a very sweet 3 year old orange tabby that came to Good Mews from a terrible hoarding situation. Before she could come to Good Mews, she had to stay at animal control until all of the cats could be released. Rachel has been through a lot of scary things in her young life, but she is now in a stable environment and is safe and loved. But what Rachel would like most in the world is a loving family and home to call her own.
Rachel lives in our tech office with another sweet kitty named Hazel. When she was in the main shelter, all of the cats stressed her out so she was moved into the office. She is much happier now that she has her own special room!
Rachel is a very quiet and calm kitty and is so sweet and adorable. She loves attention from people and when you start petting her, she will instantly start making biscuits. I love spending time with her because I know human companionship makes her so happy. She will be shy in a new environment, but once she starts to feel comfortable and loved, she will be just fine. Rachel would do best in quiet home with another laid-back feline companion. So please come by and meet her..I know you will fall in love with her!
