Cobb's Magistrate Court Halts Most Eviction Hearings

Cobb Chief Magistrate Judge Brendan Murphy says the court will stop eviction hearings for non-payment based upon a federal order. In the meantime, they will still work with groups that provide assistance through Cobb County’s CARES allocation to help head off future hearings.
