Trojans Fall to the Eagles

With 20 seconds left, Etowah recovered a fumble at the 1-yard line to clinch the win against Lassiter, 17-14.

Trojan Stadium was packed with fans for the unusual Thursday night football game, which won, 17-14. The matchup aired live on WSB-TV.

There was little movement in the first half with only one touchdown by the , but the second half proved to be an intense game.

The Etowah Eagles' head coach, Bill Stewart, attributes the win to the defensive line and their many interceptions.
