Tibetan Buddhist Monks of Drepung Loseling Monastery will construct the Medicine Buddha Mandala Sand Painting for world healing. Thousands of grains of colored sand are deposited onto a platform forming a beautiful and sacred sand painting. Stop by daily to see the progress of the mandala construction as the Monks recite prayers and mantras while they are constructing the mandala. Try your hand at creating a mandala using the same instruments that the Monks use. All are welcome.
