Northeast Cobb Business Association Tees Off for Charity, April 1

The Northeast Cobb Business Association is set to hit the links at Pinetree Country Club on April 1, for their seventh annual golf tournament to support local Cobb County schools, the tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

Golfers and sponsors alike will have the satisfaction of helping the NCBA raise funds for local Cobb County Schools, for projects like the Shop with a Yellow Jacket, Shop with a Longhorn, UPBEAT and periodic teacher appreciation luncheons provided by NCBA.
Shotgun scramble start is at 9 a.m., on the beautiful course at Pinetree Country Club off McCollum Parkway in Kennesaw. Registration for golfers is only $110 and includes greens fees, cart and a great meal at the conclusion of their round of golf.
Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin, and longest drive as well as the top three finishing teams. Hole sponsorships are also available for as little as $50 for oneor $75 for two.
NCBA has more than 100 business members and meets monthly at Piedmont Church for lunch on the third Wednesday of each month. The community-minded association has assisted Cobb schools by way of this golf tournament and other fundraisers throughout the year including the Northeast Cobb Community Egg Drop at Sprayberry, March 30, and a Casino night set in October.
