Kell, Lassiter Place at Golf Classic

Kell's Michael Hines posted the low score at the Kell Golf Classic

The and boys took fourth and fifth last week in the Kell Golf Classic. Kell’s Michael Hines posted a 72, the lowest score in the match. Behind Hines’s performance, Kell edged out Lassiter for the fourth spot 335-336. Lambert High of Forsyth County won the event held at Eagle Watch Golf Club in Woodstock.

The Lassiter girls and the Marietta Lady Blue Devils tied but each defeated Woodstock, (107, 107, 109) in a tri-match. Marietta’s Amanda Penley carded an event low 53.
