LEGO Building Competition
Five fun events happening this weekend in and around Northeast Cobb.

When/Where: Friday, 6 p.m. Kell High School cafeteria, 4770 Lee Waters Rd.
Why go: 100 5th and 6th graders will compete for time and accuracy to win LEGO sets. Six building experts will advance from round one to win the big prizes.

Why go: North Fulton Drama Club production of William Shakespeare’s classic tale of the battle of the sexes is set in 1968, an interesting twist enjoyed in an open-air setting. Saturday is closing night of the three week run.
When/Where: Saturday, starts at 9 a.m. Friends & Family Chiropractic, 2500 Sandy Plains Rd.
Why go: Hand-crafted products, food and live music. Market happens each third Saturday of the month through November.
Price: Free market and music. Vendors charge for goods.
When/Where: Saturday, 3 p.m. Mountain View Regional Library, 3320 Sandy Plains Road.
Why go: Georgia Ballet encore presentation of 22-minute children's musical. Fun for children and adults.

5. Hair
When/Where: Tonight through Sunday. Weeknights show starts 8 p.m., Saturday, 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., Sunday 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Fox Theatre, 660 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta.
Why go: This is the age of Aquarius and if you're not old enough to have lived through the summer of love, you might be old enough to vicariously question authority and dance naked. The Broadway Across America production won a 2009 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival.
