A. Reacting to economic situations and unusual weather patterns.

A. Customers usually come to us in a good mood.  All we have to do is enhance their experience.

Q. Why did you pick this particular kind of business?
A. Simple business from a product stand point. It's a franchise with an operating system and support.

Q. What are some of the services you offer that people don't know about?
A. Can make over 150 ice cream flavors. All ice cream is made on-site. We do customized cakes with designs and characters to customer specifications.

Q. How did your business get started?
A. A lot of family hours and support in addition to assistance from Bruster's Corporate staff.

Q. Is there anything else you would like our readers to know?
A. We cater events and parties. We are partners with six schools. We do birthday parties on-site for all size groups. Again, all products are made on-site.
