Still Family Farm celebrates Agritourism month by welcoming Georgia's Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black.

October is Agritourism month in Georgia and to celebrate, Still Family Farm, LLC, located just west of Atlanta in Cobb County, looks forward to welcoming Georgiaβs Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black on Wednesday, October 1, 2014.
βWeβre thrilled to host Commissioner Black and Georgia Grown,β says Leslie Still Oubre, President and co-founder of Still Family Farm. βWe look forward to discussing our mutual efforts to promote locally grown products and how Still Family Farm can further those initiatives. We raise bees on the Farm and hope to enhance the lives of our neighbors through our honey and the fruits and vegetables grown on our familyβs land.β

The land upon which Still Family Farm operates has been in the same family for nine generations. Still Family Farm was established to present opportunities for local residents to create lasting memories by connecting them to each other through the surroundings, the land, and the areaβs history. It was founded by cousins Leslie Still Oubre and Jeffrey Still with the vision of becoming a community destination where families and neighbors can share the good food, great stories, and deep roots inherent to the Farm.
