Amity Lodge No. 731 F. and A.M. Watkinsville 2013 Officer Installment

Amity Lodge No. 731 of Free and Accepted Masons in Watkinsville recentlyΒ held a ceremony to install new officers for the 2013 calendar year. Family and friends of the incoming officers were in attendance to witness the swearing in of the officers into their new roles as leaders of the Masonic lodge.Β 

Freemasonry is a charitable, benevolent, educational and religious society.Β The Amity Lodge raises money for local charitable organizations and local families in need of financial support. In Georgia, Freemasonry's main charity is the Masonic Home of Georgia, a children's homeΒ whoseΒ mission is toΒ provide an environment for youth to develop themselvesΒ physically, mentally and spiritually.Β Worldwide Masonic organizations contribute millions of dollars a year to many good causes.
